Numu now offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50! It’s our way of showing how much we appreciate your business.
Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returns
We’ve got your back! If your new favorites don’t quite fit, we gladly accept returns for unworn items with tags within 7 days of the shipping date. For in-store pick-up orders, returns are accepted within 4 days of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All sale items are final.

How to Start a Return
It’s easy! Just email us at online@numukids.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
